We send every customer a unique USPS or UPS tracking number with every order. Before you place your order make sure you enter your email correctly so that you will receive any updates from USPS, UPS, or our team.

  1. Check the current status
  2. Complete the USPS Help Request form and forward the request to [email protected]
  3. Please allow USPS at least 2 weeks for your product delivery after the date of purchase before submitting a lost package request. Once the product leaves the Slumber facility, we are subject to USPS shipping policy.
